All pizzas must be baked using Saputo cheese. We are happy to provide all the cheese at no charge!

Scoring
A panel of judges will score each pizza based on appearance, taste, and bake.
Winners
Winners will be declared on October 7, 2026, at a special cocktail reception hosted at Montreal Science Centre, Old Port of Montreal.
