When heated, our stretched Pizza Mozzarella offers an exceptional stretch and a clean dairy taste. It forms evenly dispersed blisters.

Pressed Pizza Mozzarella

Our pressed Pizza Mozzarella has a distinct buttery flavour with a glossy appearance. Its lower stretchability results in lighter blisters.

Mozzarella style fresh cheeses

Our mozzarella style fresh cheeses are revered for their fresh, milky taste and creamy texture. Versatile, they pair wonderfully with contrasting bold flavours and come in a wide range of varieties for all kinds of applications!


Bocconcini cheese maintains its shape in higher temperatures. It can be cooked in a conveyor oven or even fried.

Fior di Latte

Fior di Latte is designed for high-temperature ovens. Thanks to its high moisture content, it tends to melt fast and smoothly.
