Directions

This platter combines the, aromatic profile of two cheeses*, Sir Laurier d'Arthabaska and Cantonnier, for exceptional variety! Best accompanied by a sweet and savoury blend of salami, hot pepper jelly, herbs, fresh fruits (could be raisins), and nuts, this hearty appetizer could be served with a full-bodied IPA beer or a glass of easy-drinking Pinot Noir as a wine pairing.

*Sir Laurier d'Arthabaska is a soft surface-ripened cheese with a washed rind and Cantonnier is a firm surface-ripened cheese with a washed rind.
