Fior di Latte cheese transforms simple meatballs into something a little more elevated: featuring a mild, milky profile, it makes for a mouthwatering melty center that tastes just as good as it looks! Stuff large cubes of Fior di Latte cheese in your meatball recipe and fry them in a skillet. For extra flavour, simmer them in marinara sauce and garnish with Grana Padano cheese and fresh basil.
The meatballs can be stuffed in advance, making them quick and easy to execute on a cooking line, or pre-cooked for even faster prep. Chef Beall suggests serving them on their own, on top of spaghetti or pizza, or inside a finger-licking sandwich.
