Mango Lassi

Naturally sweet and refreshing, this mango lassi balances ripe mango with a more indulgent finish. Made with Ricotta and our Dairy Protein Beverage, it delivers a rich, creamy texture with added body, bringing depth and a satisfying twist to every sip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ripe Mango Pulp
  • 1 cup Plain Ricotta
  • ¼–⅓ cup 1% 18 G Protein Beverage (adjust for thickness)
  • 1½–2 tbsp Sugar, to taste
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
  • Directions

    1. In a blender, combine the mango pulp, Ricotta, 18g protein beverage, sugar and cardamom.
    2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
    4. Serve chilled, plain or over ice.
