Protein Golden Latte

Turmeric lattes—also known as “golden lattes”—are rising fast as consumers shift from supplements to daily wellness rituals. Turmeric‑based beverages are driven by demand for anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant‑rich ingredients and warm, feel‑good functional drinks. Millennials and Gen Z in particular are fueling this trend, seeking clean‑label, functional, Instagram‑worthy beverages that deliver both comfort and purpose.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% 18 G Protein Beverage
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1–2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Warm beverage in a small saucepan over medium heat (do not boil).
  2. Add in turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger.
  3. Reduce heat to low and whisk the spice into the warm liquid.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
  6. Add milk froth.
