Blue Cheese and Rosemary Focaccia


Drizzle olive oil over a focaccia. Top it with Blue cheese crumbles, a mix of sliced black and green olives, finely chopped onion, fresh rosemary and a pinch of salt. Olives and fresh rosemary are a great addition to the blue cheese, enhancing the aromatic notes and rich flavours of this inspiration.

Drizzle the focaccia with olive oil before serving to bring out the Mediterranean flavour of the sliced olives. For an extra pop of flavour and colour, top with roasted red peppers.
