Chicken and Feta Mediterranean Pizza


Spread pizza sauce on a stretched dough and top with chicken strips, feta crumbles, sliced black olives and fresh diced tomatoes. Before serving, drizzle the pizza with extra virgin olive oil to add some shine and aromatic notes.

Feta cheese adds a contrasting texture and a salty taste that pairs well with the freshness of the olives and tomatoes.

To ensure optimal texture upon delivery, allow your thin-crust pizzas to retain some moisture by reducing the cooking time by a few seconds. Let your pizza rest briefly in the open box to allow the steam to escape. This will prevent the pizza from becoming soggy during transit.
