Vegan Rapini Trapizzino


Part pizza and part sandwich, this street-food inspiration combines the best of both worlds. Creamy Plant-Based Mozzarella Flavoured Shreds add visual appeal. Blanched rapini is heated with garlic and chili flakes before being mixed with Plant-Based Mozzarella Flavoured Shreds, olives, capers, vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Toasted pizza bianca is sliced diagonally and cut open to form a pocket. Fill with your rapini mixture and serve in a parchment paper cone.
