Smoothie Bowl with Whipped Mascarpone

Take your smoothies to the next level by making them into a smoothie bowl: adding toppings like chia seeds, chopped nuts, and fresh fruit makes for a complete breakfast! Make your base using any frozen fruits, milk, and Greek yogurt. In a separate bowl, whisk Mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, honey, and vanilla together until smooth and fluffy – just be careful not to over-whip! Pour the smoothie into serving bowls or a takeout container, then add toppings. Complete with a dollop of whipped mascarpone and a drizzle of maple syrup.
