Clam Pizza with Marble Farmer's


Spread pizza sauce on a stretched dough before adding clams and covering with marble Farmer’s cheese shred. Before baking, sprinkle with oregano and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil before serving. With its light hazelnut taste and buttery aroma, our marble Farmer’s cheese pairs remarkably well with the saltiness of the clams.

This cheese has a good elasticity and settles quickly once out of the oven, making it a great take-out option.
