Blue Cheese Mussels with Truffle Parm Fries

Directions

Beer-steamed mussels just got taken up a notch! Mussels are steamed in a spicy IPA, with bacon, onion, butter, herbs and spices. Once ready, garnish with parsley and a generous serving of tangy Blue Cheese Crumbles. Serve with your house fries, tossed in truffle oil, grated Parmesan cheese and parsley. The perfect combination of salty, fresh and savoury is served!
