Ultimate Nacho Poutine


Coat thin sticks of Haloumi cheese in flour, eggs, and panko. The thinner they are, the crispier they will be once fried.

Toss regular fries in taco seasoning before covering them with hot salsa, pumpkin seeds, and crushed nacho chips. Repeat these steps for a total of 3 layers. Top with fried Haloumi cheese sticks, sliced jalapeños, a drizzle of ranch dressing, green onions, olives, and fresh cilantro. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
