Surprise your customers by serving up this hearty vegetarian bowl inspiration with warm Haloumi cheese croutons—a salty, chewy twist on a beloved salad topping classic.

Toss the Haloumi cheese in a mix of flour, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and parsley, pressing in the coating to ensure a good crust. Deep fry until golden brown. In a bowl, tenderize the kale by massaging it with olive oil and salt before adding radicchio along with the roasted veggies (carrots, parsnip, shallots) and half of the dressing. Drizzle the rest of the dressing and garnish with crispy fried capers, Haloumi cheese croutons, and sliced almonds. Top with a soft-boiled egg sliced in half for maximum visual appeal.
