Ingredients

  • 1 Burger Bun

  • 2 tbsp Spicy Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 slice Beefsteak Tomato

  • 3–4 slices Cucumber

  • 1 leaf Lettuce

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 300 g Ground Lamb

  • 1 tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp Mint, chopped

  • ½ tsp Oregano

  • ½ tsp Cumin

  • ½ tsp Paprika

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • 4 tbsp Feta Cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with red onion, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Divide and form into two small patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Smash and cook the lamb patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until well browned and fully cooked.
  3. Toast the burger bun.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
  5. Add lettuce, one lamb patty, a spoonful of tzatziki, tomato, cucumber, and crumbled Feta cheese.
  6. Top with the second lamb patty and the top bun.
  7. Serve with fries topped with Feta cheese, paprika, and oregano, and a glass of mint lemonade.
