Crafted on a New York-style crust, this pizza features a creamy white sauce base, 20% Pizza Mozzarella Cheese and Cantonnier Cheese. Layered with Montreal smoked meat, sliced ham, tangy dill pickles, and topped with a drizzle of zesty mustard aioli, it captures the essence of a traditional Cuban sandwich. The perfect pie to attract those who love bold and exciting flavour combinations.

Ingredients

  • 1 each Pizza Dough Ball, large
  • 250 g 20% Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Shred
  • 150 ml White Sauce
  • 100 g Montreal Smoked Meat
  • 100 g Ham, sliced
  • 75 g Cantonnier Cheese, shredded
  • 25 g Dill Pickles, sliced
  • 50 ml Mustard Aioli

Directions

  1. On a floured surface, stretch the dough to form a 30+ cm round shape, then evenly spread the white sauce, leaving a 2 cm border along the edge. Ensure the dough is uniformly thin across the pizza.
  2. Layer with Pizza Mozzarella Cheese, ham, smoked meat, Cantonnier Cheese, and dill pickles.
  3. Bake until cooked – the duration will vary based on the oven type.
  4. After baking, drizzle the mustard aioli in a zigzag pattern over the pizza as a finishing touch.
