Introducing the Pizza-Dilla! A tasty fusion of pizza and quesadilla. Simply sandwich your favourite pizza ingredients between tortillas with our melty Pizza Mozzarella Cheese for a oozy texture. Versatile and delicious, pair it with Pizza Sauce for dipping for a crowd-pleasing dish.


  • 2 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 200 g Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Shred
  • 50 g Sundried Tomatoes
  • 50 g Mushrooms, thin sliced
  • 50 g Black Olives, sliced
  • 15 slices Pepperoni
  • 50 ml Pizza Sauce
  • 50 ml Pizza Sauce, warm for dipping


  1. Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
  2. Lay one tortilla on the griddle, sprinkle half of the cheese, then add pizza sauce, pepperoni, sundried tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and the rest of the cheese. Top with the remaining tortilla.
  3. Cook until the Pizza-Dilla is golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, approximately 2-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
