Peri Peri Chicken Pizza

Put a delicious spin on pizza night with this game-changer! As diners crave bold and adventurous tastes, the Peri Peri pizza delivers the perfect combination of heat and flavor that'll leave your guests craving more. Topped with juicy grilled chicken, spicy chorizo crumble, and a cheesy blend of mozzarella and jalapeño Monterey Jack this recipe is sure to excite and delight!


  • 1 ball Pizza Dough
  • 75 ml Pizza Sauce
  • 75 g Pizza Mozzarella
  • 75 g Chicken, grilled & sliced
  • 50 g Chorizo, crumbled
  • 50 g Banana Peppers
  • 75 g Monterey Jack with Jalapeño Shred
  • 1 pinch Green Onion, bias
  • 25 ml Peri-Peri Aioli


  1. Stretch the dough out to 35-40 cm roughly round shape.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce all around the dough leaving about 1cm around the edges.
  3. Top with the pizza mozzarella.
  4. Arrange the thin sliced grilled chicken breast evenly around the pizza, then the chorizo and banana peppers.
  5. Add the jalapeño shred, then bake at 500°F for 6-9 minutes until crust is bubbling and golden brown all around the bottom.
  6. Remove from oven and slice into wedges.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and a zigzag of peri peri aioli (made with peri peri sauce, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt).
