With its soft texture and mild taste, our Snow Goat cheese provides the ideal blank canvas to turn this shareable dish into a must-have menu item. In this elevated version, Greek and Italian flavours blend together seamlessly to bring you the best of both worlds.
Start by dividing your board into two parts.
For the Greek side, begin by whipping up the Snow Goat cheese with dried dill, dried oregano and lemon juice in a blender. Spread the mixture on one half of the board and top with roasted red peppers, cucumbers, olives and tomatoes. Add lemon zest and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with pita bread and cucumber slices for dipping.
For the Italian side, combine Snow Goat cheese with garlic, dried basil and black pepper in a blender. Spread the mixture on the other half of the board and top with Genoa salami, diced sun-dried tomatoes, sliced artichokes and dried figs. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve with focaccia bread and slices of zucchini for dipping.
For a vegan option, simply omit the Genoa salami and reuse the same toppings on a Plant-Based Cream Flavoured Spread.
This board also makes a great take-out dish. Just be sure to protect the cheese, already spreaded on the board, with a layer of cling film.
