Feta and Za’atar Mediterranean pizza

This pizza inspiration features Greek Htipiti sauce (made with feta cheese) and Lebanese hummus, tied together with savoury toppings like Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and walnuts. A dash of Za’atar – a popular Middle Eastern spice blend – adds a final savoury kick. Spread the Htipiti sauce on the pizza dough, then add dried oregano, dollops of hummus, and the rest of the toppings. Drizzle olive oil and Za’atar on top to serve. Since feta cheese stays slightly granular when heated, it’s a lovely contrast to the smoothness of the hummus and Htipiti sauce.

Pizza is always delicious when served hot, and this one is even better at room temperature – which makes it perfect for delivery. Since the three key flavours are feta cheese, hummus, and Htipiti sauce, the toppings can easily be swapped with roasted peppers, roasted tomatoes, grilled onions, and for meat lovers, ground lamb or pork.
