Chorizo corn dog with pizza mozzarella smoke flavoured


Pizza Mozzarella Smoke Flavoured cheese is the star of this reinvented corn dog inspiration: its complex flavour is a wonderful complement to the spicy chorizo and sweet roasted peppers. Simply stack in alternating order your skewer with cubes of cheese, pieces of cooked chorizo and roasted bell pepper, dip it in a buttermilk batter and fry. Serve with a fresh herb dipping sauce like Chimichurri or salsa verde.
