Toast buttered Portuguese bread on a griddle until golden brown. Add arugula, roasted tomatoes, a fried chicken breast, a mild marble Cheddar cheese slice and crispy fried pancetta.

The marble Cheddar cheese slices add colour and a decadent touch to this chicken sandwich thanks to its light hazelnut taste and delicious buttery aroma.

Go one step beyond: Make your own breadcrumb mix by combining grated cheese product with Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and flour.

Speed up preparation time by frying the chicken breasts and toasting the bread in advance before wrapping them and placing them in the fridge. When an order comes in, add the cheese slice and heat up the sandwich.
