Cheeseburger Feast

A bold, satisfying burger built for indulgence and efficiency. This double-patty cheeseburger features crispy bacon, rich Processed Cheddar Cheese Yellow Ribbon Slices, and classic toppings on a toasted brioche bun. Ideal for casual dining menus, it pairs perfectly with fries and a cold pale ale for a high-margin, crowd-pleasing plate.

Ingredients

  • 115 g Ground Beef

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 bacon slices

  • 2–3 Processed Cheddar Cheese Yellow Ribbon Slices

  • 1 brioche bun, halved and toasted

  • 1 lettuce leaf

  • 1 tomato slice

  • 2 pickle slices

  • 1 red onion slice

  • Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise (to taste)

Directions

  1. Season ground beef with salt and pepper, form into two thin patties, and cook on a hot grill or skillet until fully cooked and nicely seared.
  2. In a separate pan, fry bacon until crispy and drain on paper towel.
  3. Toast the brioche bun until golden.
  4. Layer the bottom bun with one patty, a slice of cheese, the second patty, and another slice of cheese.
  5. Add bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and red onion.
  6. Spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on the top bun and close the burger.
  7. Serve with a side of fries and a chilled pale ale.
