This simply delicious calzone inspiration can be made in a deck oven, on a pizza stone, or in a pizza oven – your choice! Spread marinara sauce on one half of your pizza dough, then add shredded Pizza Mozzarella cheese and any other toppings you have on hand (salami and mushrooms are a classic). Fold it in half, seal the edges, and season the outside of the dough for next-level flavour and visual appeal. Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping!
