Vegan Indian Chickpea Pizza

This inspiration expertly combines Indian and Middle Eastern flavours. Start by roasting chickpeas in the oven coated in olive oil, garam masala, onion powder, and garlic powder. Brush your pizza dough with olive oil, and cover most of the surface with our Dairy-Free Mozzarella Flavoured Shred. Then, add halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion. Sprinkle the chickpeas on top of the pizza and bake until they’re crispy. Once the pizza has been out of the oven for a few minutes, garnish with fresh coriander and drizzle it with sauce, prepared by mixing tahini, lemon juice, garlic, a little maple syrup, and salt with a bit of water.  Voilà—a colourful vegan dish that would make an easy addition to your menu!
