Tagliolini with Cheddar and Sour Cream Sauce


Ever tried making pasta sauce using sour cream? This mouth-watering sauce is a blend of 14% M.F. cooking sour cream, chicken stock, roasted butternut squash, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, and mustard. As the flavours boil together, whisk in some shredded old white cheddar cheese to make the mixture pop, then add a dollop of tangy sour cream and a sprinkle of paprika on top to serve. The result is a uniquely silky sauce that tastes just like it’s full-fat, but feels much lighter!

Whip up a decadent mac and cheese by swapping in macaroni noodles and adding some smoked Cantonnier cheese. You can even gratinée it in individual portions with breadcrumbs on top!
