Raclette Burger

This indulgent burger brings the rich, melty character of Raclette cheese to the spotlight. Paired with crispy bacon, wild mushrooms, and a spoonful of béchamel, it’s a luxurious take on comfort food. Finished with crispy onions and potato strings for texture, it’s a high-impact menu item that delivers both flavour and visual appeal, perfect for premium burger builds or seasonal features.

Ingredients

  • 1 Burger Bun

  • 200 g Ground Beef

  • 2 slices Bacon

  • 3 slices Raclette Cheese

  • A handful Crispy Onion

  • A handful Crispy Potato Strings

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

  • 100 g Wild Mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 tbsp Béchamel Sauce

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into a patty and cook on a hot grill or skillet until desired doneness.
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add wild mushrooms and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toast the burger bun.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.
  6. Place the cooked beef patty on the bun and layer with Raclette cheese slices.
  7. Add crispy bacon, crispy onion, and crispy potato strings.
  8. Spoon béchamel sauce over the top and finish with the sautéed mushrooms.
  9. Cover with the top bun.
  10. Serve with fried crispy potato strings and a glass of red wine.
