Lobster Grilled Cheese

Introducing the Lobster Grilled Cheese Sandwich, a gourmet twist on the classic East Coast Lobster Roll! Layer Swiss Cheese Slices with succulent Canadian Atlantic lobster for a mouth-watering flavour fusion. Pair it with fries and a cold beverage for a patio menu standout your customers will love.


  • 1 piece 14 cm Long Brioche Roll
  • 20 g Butter, softened
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese

Lobster Salad

  • 75 g Lobster Meat, cooked
  • 25 g Celery, thinly sliced
  • 50 mlMayonnaise
  • Shake Tabasco Sauce
  • A pinch Chives, sliced
  • A pinch Dill, chopped
  • Lemon wedge


  1. Start by combining the ingredients for the lobster salad and refrigerate them until ready to use.
  2. Next, cut a groove in the brioche roll and spread it with butter.
  3. Place the two slices of Swiss Cheese  in the groove and press them down. Then, toast the roll in a broiler until the cheese melts completely and the bun edges start to brown.
  4. Carefully fill the roll's groove with the lobster salad, making sure to add some claw meat on top for an attractive presentation.
  5. Finish by sprinkling more chives and dill, and serve with a lemon wedge.
