    • Fresh winter pears, sliced
    • Dried cranberries
    • Assorted nuts (e.g. walnuts, almonds)
    • Fruit jams (e.g. fig, cranberry, pear)
    • Crackers and/or artisan breads

Directions

  1. Arrange the six cheeses evenly across a large serving board or platter, allowing space between each for visual impact.
  2. Slice or cube cheeses as needed for easy serving, keeping textures and shapes varied.
  3. Add clusters of dried fruits, dates, and cranberries around the cheeses.
  4. Fan out fresh pear slices for seasonal colour and freshness.
  5. Scatter assorted nuts for crunch and contrast.
  6. Spoon jams into small ramekins or directly onto the board near complementary cheeses.
  7. Fill in gaps with crackers or sliced artisan breads.
