Grilled Angel Food Cake with Whipped Mascarpone and Raspberry Coulis


Get creative with your desserts, starting with light, fluffy angel cake. Our lightly grilled version includes a couple of special touches with delicate flavours that mirror its airy texture. A raspberry coulis adds a pop of sweetness and colour, while a dollop of whipped mascarpone strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and decadence.

Both toppings require only a handful of ingredients. For the coulis, you’ll need raspberries (fresh ones as a garnish, and fresh or frozen for the coulis) and a touch of maple syrup. Then, for the whipped mascarpone, you’ll need 35% whipping cream, pure vanilla extract to taste, powdered sugar to taste, and of course, our delicious Italian Mascarpone cheese.
